Exchanges and Returns

At Mira Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority 💕. We want you to enjoy every product you receive, but if something doesn’t feel right, here’s how our exchange and return policy works:

Check Upon Delivery
You can check your order when the courier arrives. If you’re not satisfied, you can kindly return it on the spot and cover only the shipping fees.
  Once the courier leaves, we won’t be able to process an exchange or return.

Exchanges Only (No Returns)

We allow product exchanges, but not full returns.

If you’d like to exchange, please contact us via DM. If the desired product is available on our website, you can place a new order.

Mixed Orders
To keep things fair, we don’t ship two of the same product/color just for trying and returning one.

Timeframe
Exchange requests must be made within 2 days of receiving your order. Products must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
